Madrid, June 19, 2024 – Unikal Tech Partners and the founding partners of Global Software Partner, Josep Anton Ballesteros and Albert Solés, have announced an agreement for their incorporation as part of the Holding.
This agreement marks the ninth incorporation into Unikal Tech Partners, once again featuring a company with high specialization, extensive experience and market recognition. The incorporation of GSP allows Unikal to continue making strides in building a European leader in IT, following a “Buy&Build” growth model supported by Ufenau Capital Partners AG.
Unikal offers a broad and specialized portfolio of end-to-end solutions, supported by the high expertise of the companies and teams that make up the group. The specialists within the group are experts in several IT areas like Cloud/Systems/Networking, Cybersecurity, Business Management Solutions, Digital Transformation and Data Technologies.
